Teen Manager Program

Industrial Visits
We believe that exposure to real-world industries is crucial in shaping a student’s understanding of their chosen field. Through Industrial Visits, students visit companies such as GRS Industries, NECAT, Vinyas IT, and Bailey Water Plant. These visits offer insights into day-to-day operations, cutting-edge technologies, and business management strategies. NSRCEL Internship Programme
Trinity College proudly collaborates with NSRCEL, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, to offer transformative internship opportunities. As part of the “Swavalambane” initiative, 8 of our UG student volunteers actively contributed to empowering rural livelihoods.
This program, supported by the Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS) and the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) under the World Bank-funded National Rural Economic Transformation Project, provided students with hands-on experience in social entrepreneurship and rural development, fostering leadership and innovation.
